The CECD has the honor to present you an International Horse Logger Championship, the 26 and 27 July 2011 at Paliseul (Belgium) during the international forest demonstrations from the "Foire de Libramont".

We organize the championship for logging horses in single and pairs. This international competition will be composed of 3 stages, all having place in the forest.

The 3 stages are :

- Maniability, as seen in Dettmold.

- An "on word-command" stage. During this stage the driver must walk behind his horse. He will not have the lines in his hand and a minimum distance of 200 m. shall be covered in the forest. Here they will have to pass trough gates, water, ... the working environment of our logging horse.

- And at last a pulling competition. The driver will have to choose one of 5 different logs.

For the participants and his groom the CECD will offer the meals and hotel fur the duration of the competition. All horses will be in a box. Those including straw and hay. A part of the travelling costs will be at our (CECD) charge.

You will find a subscription from the 31th of March 2011 on this website. The organization will accept your subscription based on geographical and professional criteria.
